Glowy and shadowy images

Recommended Posts

Hi Damien i take your classes and since getting a new Nikon set up i now often get glowy and shadowy images. I love the new camera and it is a major improvement but i wondered why this is happening now?

Thank you

This is not uncommon at all.  Different cameras behave differently, and of course Adobe's interpretation of different cameras' raw data varies quite a bit.

You could play with this if you wish.  But honestly, it's no big deal, you'll just find you tend to edit with lower midtone contrast than you used to.
