Liverbird Posted Monday at 03:40 PM Posted Monday at 03:40 PM Hi Damien I am trying to use the dust and scratches filter to clean up a baby’s mucky nose and remove blemishes on the chin. Every time I try I end up blurring the rest of the face, hair ears jawline. I’m following the steps according to your instructions but just can’t get the desired effect. Am I supposed to be inverting the mask? Or do I make a selection first?
Damien Symonds Posted Monday at 08:35 PM Posted Monday at 08:35 PM Once you have run the filter, immediately add a black mask to the layer to hide it all, then paint white to reveal just the areas you want.
Liverbird Posted Tuesday at 11:44 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 11:44 AM Thanks I’ll give it another try today

Liverbird Posted Wednesday at 07:07 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 07:07 PM Hi Damien Same photo, is there an easy way to clean up the floor. Footprints, bits of cake etc need to remove. Thanks
Damien Symonds Posted Wednesday at 08:30 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:30 PM Hmmm ... maybe D&S would work for that too?
