Saving to JPEG

I am trying to save this picture to JPEG but my only option is JPEG 2000 which won't let me click on the ICC button and I can't find it in my files afterwards. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure I knew that. What's the difference?

Because Adobe has a habit of changing our colour space at random times without us knowing, so we ALWAYS have to watch that field.
