MamaMonkey Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 Hello! I want to update my drivers and when I click on the NVIDIA GeForce Experience, I'm told to download the app. I do so, open the exe file it downloads and I get told to download the app again. What's happening? My display is currently zoomed in very, very much. I thought I would check with my NVIDIA drivers first, but I can't seem to even do that. Thanks! oh and I can't buy a new computer, so that's out of the question. I'm running Windows 11.
Brian Posted December 17, 2025 Posted December 17, 2025 Are you running any antivirus software or malware scanning software? If so, disable it and try it again. The other thing you can try is right-clicking on the .exe file and select, "Run as Administrator."
MamaMonkey Posted December 17, 2025 Author Posted December 17, 2025 Thank you! Did that, got my driver updated, rebooted, and my display is still gigantic! How can I get things back to a normal size? The display resolution box is grayed out and scale says its at 100%. But dude, my 97 year old granny who lives 70 miles way could see my computer screen... 1

MamaMonkey Posted December 17, 2025 Author Posted December 17, 2025 FIXED!!! I unplugged the power cable to my monitor and plugged it back in. 🥳 1
