Hi There! So I am having a problem where my photos look great on my mac and terrible on any other device or computer. But here's the catch, anything that looks great on my windows computer looks exactly the same when put on the mac, but anything going from mac to windows looks terrible. Any photos I edit on my mac look terrible when being uploaded or sent, and the computer is calibrated to match my windows computer since thats the one I've always printed from. I have already done both of your sRGB troubleshooters and everything is exactly how it should be. Yet all my pictures are still turning out like garbage. It's very discouraging. I can edit the same photos with my windows computer and they upload and send beautifully, but anything coming out of the mac is terrible. I am at a loss. Please help!

It's so weird, my photos look great when I upload them to the computer from my memory card, but as soon as I export out of lightroom or photoshop they look terrible when sent somewhere. They still look great on the screen but looks terrible once sent. The pictures look the same as they do on my old computer just looking at them off the SD card, but after they get sent somewhere from the mac they just look terrible. I don't know if it's something with the mac or something going wrong on the lightroom and photoshop, but I've followed all your other instructions

What do you mean by "great"?  How are you making this judgement?  Against what standard?

They look exactly the same as when I have them on my windows computer. Which is the computer I've always used and printed from. I edited a few on my windows and sent them to myself and they looked great, did the same edits on my mac and sent them and they looked desaturated and dull. That's why I went to both of your sRGB troubleshooters just to double check that everything was the way it should be. Yet I'm still having a problem with anything that's being edited on the mac

No.  All this "looking" stuff is feeble and irrelevant.  The only way to judge colours is against pro lab prints.  Do you have some pro lab prints there?

Furthermore, what program are you viewing in?  If it's not an Adobe program, forget it.  Only view in Bridge.

Yes I have pro lab prints, I have plenty from my windows computer and they match what my screen is showing. The same photos match up perfectly to the mac. My problem is when people see the images either uploaded to Facebook or sent to them, they say the images are undersaturated and dark. I decided to send myself a sample and it does not match up to what I see on my monitor. So I opened the same image up on my windows computer and did the exact same edits, saved and sent that to the client and myself. It then matches up to what is on the windows and mac, but does not match the image that came out of the mac
