Spyder Elite/Elite +

I currently have and calibrate with the Spyder Elite.  I received an email to upgrade to the Spyder Elite +.  I was just curious if there is a huge difference between the two and if it would be worth the upgrade?

What do they say are the differences?

These are the three things they mention... then they say plus more but don't say what.

 

• Automatic Room Light Switching - Automatically changes your profile as light conditions change
• Soft Proofing/Device Simulation – Simulate how your photos will look on any printer or device
• Updated StudioMatch - Make all connected displays look the same

The first one is completely irrelevant, because you must work in changing light.

The second one ... well, that functionality is in Photoshop already, so I'm not sure what the benefit would be.

The third on ... how many screens do you have?
