settings for text clarity

hello!

my dad needs these very old documents photographed in a way he can frame it in a 10x20 or close to the size they are and you can read the print. i very quickly shot these to get an idea how to set my camera. i own a 70-200mm and I'm hoping that lens will achieve this. help with settings?
