Creating a custom crop that I can save

I have photoshop elements 13.  I would like to know if there is a way to create a custom crop of the 11x15 size with the 300 dpi all saved.  Right now I enter these numbers each time I am prepping a file to export for the client.  For large galleries it can take much longer than I would like.  I am wondering if I can create an action or if there is a way to have this custom size saved so I can just select it from the drop down menu of crop sizes.

I'm so sorry, as far as I'm aware, there's no way to save crop presets in Elements.
