Used Monitor Purchase

Hi everyone. I am looking to buy a better monitor than the stock one I have at the moment, I found this on craigslist, It's my first time purchasing a monitor this looks like  great buy but is it really I don't know much about the brand other than it's good. and It does seem like it's an older model. I bought it   I'm no expert but it's pretty great, now I need to brighten up my work space this room is like a dungeon

Get some lights/light-bulbs which are from the 5000k-6500K color-temp range. Some folks like around the 6000k-6500K range, I find them to be "too blue" for my eyes and work better with a 5000K-5200K range.
