Tmarch
Hi Damien, I have this photo from 2013 that a friend has asked me to print and I want to try and clean it up a bit for her. I am struggling to replace the background and mask around the blurred head. I know there are a whole lot of other things to fix as well (exposure, jaundice and yes the focus is on the wrong spot - I was just starting out), but the background is the only part Im stuck on. It was from my old Jpeg days so no raw file. I dont even know why there is someone standing in the background, I am so embarrassed. I hate looking back at my old photos but these mean a lot to the family and I want to do my best for them.
Damien Symonds
Only replace it with the dark colour. Do not attempt to replace it with a light colour. Make this as easy as possible for yourself.
