unchainedkateo
For some reason when I use the spot healing tool and click on the "background copy" it just blinks green and does nothing. In addition, when I use my clone stamp tool the brush starts out white, I select the place I want it to copy and then click and it does NOTHING. I feel like it is a setting or something easy but I can't figure it out. My mode is: normal. the opacity is 100% and my layer is 100% opacity and fill is 100%. Christina Keddie
No, I mean with an image open and this problem happening. Be sure to get the title bar for the image and the whole bottom of the screen as well, please. Thanks!

Damien Symonds
Whoa! No, you must NEVER clone on the background layer! Add a new blank layer to clone on. Also, turn off the layer group above while doing so.
