Antreasmic
Guys i need your help! I am using lightroom cc and photoshop cc! Everytime i send a photo from lightroom to photoshop the colors look washed out! Its not the color profiles i checked and both softwares are using the same color profile! I tried prophoto and srgb! When i export the photo either from lightroom or photoshop both photos look exactly the same as they look in lightroom! Any ideas? This thing is driving me crazy
Christina Keddie
Hi there, To start, please go through every single step of this. From this screenshot, it's clear that you have at least one setting wrong, possibly more, so let's start here to make sure your files are embedded with the correct color space. Damien Symonds
Is this a new problem? I mean, were they matching before?
Antreasmic
i am not sure when i got this problem because i used to edit with lightroom most of my photos. now i use photoshop more and that's why i discovered the problem here is the new screen shot after following the steps in the tutorial you gave me
Damien Symonds
You cropped off the important part of the screenshot. We needed to see the document profile down the bottom. Also, I need to know about your computer setup. How many screens are attached to your computer?

Antreasmic
Sorry i didn't get that?
Antreasmic
You mean the problem is that my monitor is not calibrated? What does have to do with anything? I mean if the monitor was calibrated it would show different colors but the softwares are running on the same monitor at the same time! So basically the monitor would show correct colors to only one of the 2 softwares
Damien Symonds
Because in the absence of a monitor profile on your computer, telling all software exactly how to render photos, each software has to guess. If they guess differently, this is the result.
