AshleyKirkland Posted February 22, 2017 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Hi. I use a spyder 5 elite calibration device. I am getting an error message when trying to calibrate. When I calibrate to 5000k white point, I don't get this error. But when trying to use 6500k, it gives me an error. It says there was an error with the curve display. I used to order from Miller's lab, but now that I have switched to a different lab, I need to calibrate to 6500k White point. I have contacted Data color, but they have not been able to help me.
