* T *
Hi there, not sure if anybody can help me or not. This is a business portrait for a client. When the image is uploaded to twitter the fringe is going all pixellated, I initially thought it was a large file size being reduced down to the twitter profile size of 400 x 400px, so I resized the image to that size but it still happens! Any ideas? (The first one is my image sized at 400px and the second is a screenshot of it on twitter!) Thank you
Damien Symonds
Hi Traci, can you possibly provide me with a link to it on Twitter?

Damien Symonds
No, they look exactly the same to me. I mean, exactly the same. Just the way they should. So, this means it's a problem with your browser, not your image. Which web browser do you use?
Damien Symonds
I have to go to bed, sorry. I'm exhausted. I'll check in with you in the morning. My first advice is to simply hit Cmd 0 (zero) in all of your browser windows to make sure they're all viewing at 100% size.
* T *
Thanks Damien, I'm using chrome and the client has viewed on chrome and IE. I've looked on Safari on the ipad and that views fine!!

* T *
Haha thanks Damian, which browsers would you recommend? i tried Cmd 0 and it didn't make any difference. i also noted that Twitter recommends profile pics of 400x400 but reduces it to 200x200, so I resaved to that size and it worked. Maybe I'll update browsers to make it simpler!
Damien Symonds
Firefox is the only browser to use.
EmmaBrett
Why is Firefox the only browser to use? What's wrong with the others? I use a mixture of Safari and Firefox.
Damien Symonds
It's the only fully-colour-managed one. Safari is next best.
EmmaBrett
I didn't know that!
