DUH! I guess I forgot that existed. Again, my apologies for not searching your site for an explanation. I truly am searched out but I'll try better next time. Thank you.

Excuse me. I'm merely trying to set up my camera to work properly with your ACR format. Sorry for the confusion. My bad l didn't catch "space vs file". I just didn't want conflicts with using your method in ACR.
-
I found this one but I'll just take your word for it that I miss read/misinterpreted it. I'm hung up trying to pair this new camera with my smartphone and on search overload!
-
Ahhh geese seriously! I have read so much and no clue where I saw this particular thought. the numbers were 40>80 but in all honesty I could be so off on this. I'll see if I can refind it but it might be awhile. Can we just erase that thought and go with stay in sRGB? I'm perfectly content with that! But I will look to see what I thought I read.
-
Thanks! No they have not! But after (supposedly) 3 camera experts said put it on adobeRGB, I started to wonder more seriously if it did affect more than the .jpg.
-
You may not have the answer to this as it is a camera question but I feel related to processing in ACR (??). If not please delete. I have a Sony A7R III. I have now read 3 places that say to put it to adobeRGB instead of the default sRGB color space. But you have us working is sRGB IEC61955 in ACR rather than adobe RGB. Maybe the 2 are unrelated but putting in camera to adobeRGB doubles the file size over sRGB so I would like to know which is preferable in correlation with working in ACR. Thanks!

Bridge 2017 Release - 7.0.0.93
NancyA replied to sla453's topic in Miscellaneous questions or problems
I have no solution but just FYI I have a Mac and the update did not affect my ability to hit enter to go from Bridge to ARC and I still can use the arrow keys to scroll through and I also use filmstrip mode. -
The problem was mental and to big of a brush. I started over and figured out where I could paint (clone) which direction. For the most part it's ok now. Thanks!
-
I'm trying. They don't want to post. Not positive what you want. Here are 2. One showing the finished and one showing the layer only. This will be a 16x20. If you want the file itself let me know.
-
I had read that before I posted and tried the cloning. I was not successful with that on the hair Guess I'll try again.
-
Too funny! I put it here first then decided it was the wrong place. Sorry!

This is SOOR after trying chromatic aberration removal in RAW which did nothing. Having just read the CM it doesn't appear that will work since if I am reading correctly this is the fuzzy glowy kind around white areas but I thought it worth asking. The only place the picture has it is around the hair on each side of the photo . I tried cloning but with the hair looked horrible. I am so hoping you a magic fix for this one! I haven't done any levels work yet.

Thank you! Been a good learning experience.

Ok Match with top. Oh sorry! I didn't see your reply before I posted that last one. I think you are right. Walk away!!
-
-
Definitely. I matched the top to the bottom by using a color layer, Is that the best/preferred method? I also fiddled some more with the blue teeth. When I'm not looking at zoomed 100% crop it doesn't look bad but I seem to keep zooming it in!
-
Getting there maybe but I think I'm seeing some "red/pink" on some of the teeth?? You get asked all the time but how are we suppose to figure out these numbers!! I had tried several different things but still came up blue teeth! Is this as good as can be expected or is there more I can do? Thanks!
-
Sorry, obviously this is where this should have started. I haven't forgotten this one just haven't had time to finish it. I have it in process but it still needs work. I'm stuck with the right (child's right) side. I can't get the back teeth to look right. Suggestions?? I really hope the class on knowing how to get those numbers happens soon!

I haven't done any editing in levels on these yet but wanted to know how difficult/method to use on getting rid of the Gatorade blue lips--yes, strangle the parents as it was a basketball game so several to fix.

So when would you use luminosity mask?
-
Link to the video I was referring to. https://fstoppers.com/composite/use-luminosity-masks-enhance-your-landscape-photography-71884

Sorry missed your reply. I did watch some utubes on luminosity masks to prevent haloing when layering bracketed shots for landscapes (or single processed twice in raw). One was a pier going out into the ocean. By using luminosity masks, 3 three layers blended without haloes. I saw its main purpose to be for landscapes--right or wrong? It does not appear to be simple, therefore I chose to ask someone I trusted to ask about it.

Do you have any tutorials or classes on working with/creating luminosity masks? Thank!
