If I save a psd to a jpeg without cropping and resizing, how does that effect the outcome when printing in comparison to cropping to 11in x 15in? If I like the image as is, cropping takes away some of the image I intended on having in the photo.

I am trying to save JPEGs onto a flash drive that is brand new 2G. It saved some pictures and stopped saying it wasn't enough capacity. I continued on another flash drive and it stopped again saying the same thing. Screen attached Bad drives?

Each time I do a levels, it is automatically clipping it. I have to keep selecting "release clipping mask". How do I fix this?
