I don’t. 😫 I planned on just ordering from my vendor to replace for her. I just wanted to be sure the file I have would print clearly. I truly think she may have have printed from a compressed image. -

The boys faces are a muddled mess in the canvas she ordered. I wonder if she used the high res image to order from -

I have a client who printed an 8x10 canvas and it came out terrible. She asked if I can help with the image. The file seems large enough to print in 8x10. There is a bit of grain in the image but I don't think it would be bad enough that the canvas she ordered is unusable. I don't have a RAW file. I am attaching the original image she printed. I tried to do what I could with the noise and sharpening with the correct output size. Can you tell me if you think this would print a canvas clearly enough or is it a lost cause?

Well I had never quite thought of that. I hadn't considered that an option. ? I will look into this more tomorrow. I have been at this for hours and am spent. One more quick question: there should not be a reason to change the contrast settings correct? New test prints I ordered seem washed out for a lack of a better term. Less contrast than my screen. I don't recall this being an issue before. Thanks for the help.
