  1. oh wow So much for the wall art they wanted. Going to post more. If anything is printable larger please let me know
  2. Thank you. Where do you think I should cap printing size?
  3. Desperate. Session was associate shot. May I post more in this link?
  4. Flipping isn't possible because of her hair all of them are like this. Thanks
  5. Is there any way to salvage this blown out side of mom's face?
  6. I don’t. 😫 I planned on just ordering from my vendor to replace for her. I just wanted to be sure the file I have would print clearly. I truly think she may have have printed from a compressed image.
  7. The boys faces are a muddled mess in the canvas she ordered. I wonder if she used the high res image to order from
  8. I have a client who printed an 8x10 canvas and it came out terrible. She asked if I can help with the image. The file seems large enough to print in 8x10. There is a bit of grain in the image but I don't think it would be bad enough that the canvas she ordered is unusable. I don't have a RAW file. I am attaching the original image she printed. I tried to do what I could with the noise and sharpening with the correct output size. Can you tell me if you think this would print a canvas clearly enough or is it a lost cause?
  9. I am so confused. My SpyderX Elite doesn't give me the display type or identity controls option. I checked and I have the RGB box checked in my preferences.I am not given the option to adjust the rgb sliders along with the brightness. Any ideas.
  10. Yes, I am attempting a different calibrator in case the 4 just isn't working properly like you mentioned. I also tried to re calibrate with the BenQ software - Palette Master in tandem with the SpyderX Elite. Again my images appear to have more red/magenta to them on the monitor vs my prints?
  11. Want to bang my head against the wall. Tried to recalibrate with my SpyderX elite (sorry not the 5). I cannot get my prints to match for the life of me. My prints have a green tint to it (or my monitor a magenta one) that I cannot recreate no matter what settings I choose.
  12. Well I had never quite thought of that. I hadn't considered that an option. ? I will look into this more tomorrow. I have been at this for hours and am spent. One more quick question: there should not be a reason to change the contrast settings correct? New test prints I ordered seem washed out for a lack of a better term. Less contrast than my screen. I don't recall this being an issue before. Thanks for the help.
  13. Will check those out now and see if that makes a difference. Thanks
  14. Re calibrated and I was having issues matching my prints (which were matching before the profile went bad) When "Choosing the best preset" the closest I can get to 6500 is with the 5K preset at 5811 for a delta of 689. I know you want that value within 100. Newish BenQSW320 monitor. Any insight?
  15. Damien when recalibrating after a suspected monitor profile goes bad do I restore defaults and start from scratch or would it be my normal recalibration?
  16. Just tried resetting both and they are still yellow Thanks for the suggestion though. ?
