Reducing Noise in Lightroom and the default settings

I am following Damien's tutorial on noise reduction.  When you turn this "panel" on in lightroom, you get defaults for both sharpening and noise reduction. 

Should I be leaving all the sharpening defaults as they are, or should I move them all to zero, since I sharpen at the end in photoshop? (Amount, Radius, Detail, and Masking.)

And what about the "other" noise reduction sliders?  (Detail/Contrast under the Luminance slider and Detail/Smoothness under color slider.)
