Tom Bootyman
Couldn't really see where better to post this. Having "graduated" from Raw and Levels into Skin, I just want to thank you for the difference you have made to my work. The only downside is that I now find myself scrolling through the photography groups I belong to on FaceBook , sucking my teeth and muttering stuff under my breath such as "needs more contrast" "dear heaven, what *have* you done to those eyes" etc etc.
Damien Symonds
Ha ha! Yes, you're not the first person who has said that. One does become rather uppity about photos, doesn't one?
susied
I have to agree with you Tom! I was at a workshop thing yesterday, and the presenter showed us a portfolio that was used to get a qualification from one of the photographic societies. All I could see was halos, excessive vignetting and really over-worked photos. Some people love that stuff but thank you for teaching us all to make our photos just look beautiful and the best they can be, even if they might leave a bit to be desired as raw material (speaking for myself here).
