Customising your workspace

Once you’ve chosen a workspace, it’s time to modify it to your needs. Not every workspace has every panel included, so you need to tweak.

These five are vital:

• Folders
• Favorites
• Filter
• Metadata
• Preview

And depending on your needs, this one might be important too:

• Keywords

In this example, I begin by dragging the border between the Content and Preview panels to enlarge the Content panel. Three columns of thumbnails gives me a more comprehensive view than just one:

But I’m not restricted to three columns, either. By hitting Ctrl - or Ctrl + (Cmd for Mac) on my keyboard, I can make the thumbnails smaller or larger:
