When I try to edit my raw photos in Photoshop, the white balance tool always goes to blue/gray. Does this happen for many people or am I doing something wrong?  I select the gray/white on the photo in hopes to get the color corrected if necessary but it does a horrible job. I try to do as much as I can at the time of shooting but sometimes I have to use the white balance tool. Please help!

Is your monitor calibrated to match prints from your professional lab?

What tool are you referring to? White balance is done in ACR before PS opens. And "Camera Raw Filter" is not the same thing.
