oedipamaas Posted April 23, 2016 Posted April 23, 2016 Yikes. So in the heat of the noonday sun, I neglected to tell the photographer I was working with to shoot in srgb. Now I have hundreds of files to process in Adobe RGB. Is there a way for me to convert all of them in a batch or am I completely screwed?
Damien Symonds Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Raw files don't have colour space. They get whatever colour space you give them. Which raw program are you processing them in?
oedipamaas Posted April 24, 2016 Author Posted April 24, 2016 I was browsing them in Photo Mechanic, and it said Adobe RGB is the ICC profile...
Damien Symonds Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 Forget that nonsense. It's lying to you. 1
Lara Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Because you shot in RAW, when you edit the images, you can give them the sRGB colour space.
