Importing into ACR from Fast Stone

Hi Damien,
 

     I've tried several times to export multiple images from Fast Stone into ACR to no avail. I get them all, but am not able to see the panel of them on the side. Hope that makes sense. Thank you!

Donna, when you view your images (I assume they are all raw files?) in Fast Stone, they are all there?  And when you click on e.g. one image in Fast Stone, that one opens in ACR correct?  And does it also show on the side?  But when you click Shift + Ctrl (on a PC) and select several images, and then click Open in ACR, they won't show in the left panel on the side?  What if you "scroll" through them in ACR, are they there?  I'm attaching Snipping Tool image of what I mean....

 Well, I learned how to use the Snipping Tool doing this. I am attaching what I get. I selected to images. The images do not show in side panel as you can hopefully see. I am using Elements 14. Thank you!

So are you definitely dragging and dropping, as I explained from about 7:20 onwards in the video?
