carlywarly
Hi Damien, Today while going through photos I began receiving an error message that said: "An unrecoverable error occurred while accessing the scratch disk. This is usually caused by a corrupted disk format or a hardware problem such as a failing disk drive or bad cable. Photoshop will now exit." Photoshop then closes, and I lose whatever work I was doing. This just started today and has happened 3 times. I use photoshop CC, and I have an ASUS laptop. Any ideas? Thanks, - Carly

carlywarly
I have a PC laptop running windows 10 and Photoshop CC. It is under 2 years old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 3.23GB free out of 118GB. The last time I shut down was earlier today. I have never run a cleanup program. I have no idea how I only have 3.23 GB free, I frequently delete things that I haven't been using. No idea what on earth is taking up all that space.
