Choose "Calibrate My Display(s)" then press "Next":

Then check all four of these boxes and press "Next" again:

(Note: These checkboxes only appear the very first time you run the program.  If this isn't your first time, you'll see that there's nothing to do on this screen, so just press "Next" straight away.)

Next, you may or may not get this screen.  If you do, choose "Desktop" or "Laptop" depending what you have.  As far as I can tell, it makes no difference which one you choose!
