1234
A friend has asked me to help her get a photo printed. I can't post the picture publicly as it is of her son but here are the photo details: iPhone 8, 2.8 mb, 4032x3024, 72 dpi, How big can this photo be printed on canvas? (I appreciate it's probably hard to say without seeing the picture but it is in focus.
Damien Symonds
As big as she likes. As big as a bus if she wants. As long as you don't need to crop it very much, is all. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2014/03/how-aggressively-can-i-crop.html
1234
Thank you! I had seen that but wasn't sure if it was applicable to cell phone pictures! As far as getting it ready to print, I would assume I would learn that in the Print Sharpening class?

Yep, it's applicable to any photo that is well-focused and not grainy. Modern phones can take good clean photos. 9 minutes ago, 1234 said: As far as getting it ready to print, I would assume I would learn that in the Print Sharpening class? It will rock your world, I promise.

(it's greyed out) That usually means you didn't get the mathematics questions right. Please don't take the class if simple mathematics is beyond you.
