Unsharp Mask

Same as previous. Select the Unsharp Mask step, then choose “Record Again” from the panel submenu:

When the dialog comes up …

… enter your numbers and press OK.

We’re not finished yet. Now it’s time for another decision – are you happy to let your sharpening numbers apply to every photo? Or would you like extra control and be able to tweak for each one?

If you’re happy to let the sharpening happen automatically, leave this little box blank:

But if you’d like the action to pause so you can intervene each time, click the box:

I’m a sharpening geek, but even I balk at separate sharpening for dozens of web-sized images. I leave that box blank, and I expect a lot of you will too.
