Prepare and Install

Warm up

Make sure your screen has been turned on for at least fifteen minutes before starting calibration.  Half an hour would be even better.

Download the software

Calibrators no longer ship with disks. That’s fine, because the disks always used to be out of date before we got them anyway.  So head to the Calibrite site and download the ccStudio software.

Install

Don’t plug in the device yet. Install the software in the usual way, and restart your computer if it asks you to.

Connect

Now you can plug the device into your USB port, let it install itself, then launch the ccStudio software.

Is this the right link? It does have i1Display, but it's not the x-rite site.

ok, I went back to that page and I guess I needed to download the ccStudio, not the Calibrite Profiler. I don't know why it says ColorMunki with the asterisk saying upgrade required - that just confused me. 

I'll try again with ccStudio.

That doesn't look like the right software.  Are you sure you downloaded from the correct link on that page?
