I have now joined the crowd of people who are disappointed in ProDPI since their merger with WHCC. My recent prints have come back contrasty, off-color, and dark. Can I still access the recommendations file somehow, or am I making this up that it even existed? Has anyone found a place to replace ProDPI that you've heard about? I hope I'm not violating any posting guidelines by asking; I just thought for sure it was on your old page that I had seen the information in the first place. Thanks!
