Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 The jpegs are fubar. Please ignore them. 1
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 Ok! So with the images that I been struggling to send the correct way, is the reason why the upload could Jpeg be an issue?
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Finally! A raw file! Go ahead and increase the Exposure slider so it's not so darn dark, then do the noise removal. Then press "Open" to bring the photo into Photoshop, THEN you can take the 100% crop to show us.
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 And make sure you click here to change from Adobe RGB to sRGB the way it should be.
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 LOL! Ok but the image of the adult lady wasn't a concern of mines, more so the group image that I struggle with the focus. However all those images are in Jpeg format and the adult lady and the child are in Tiff files.
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 PLEASE just do it, so I know you know how.
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 VERY MUCH SO!! LOL! Since this image was able to be full screen it was a breeze honestly but with the other image I struggled because of the file size to achieve what you were looking for!
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Now, we need to get back to your actual question. Have you found the raw files of your group shoot? 1
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 No what do I change my settings back to🤔 its still on the w700px h700px. I was just about to say what about the family lol... No I haven't

Leave it on that. 3 minutes ago, Kristie3 said: I was just about to say what about the family lol... No I haven't Well, go and find them now.
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 Hey, so I found the file it is under DNG but when I tried to upload it its says -200 with an error and unable to let me send, so I send this shot so you can see I was able to accomplish it!!!!
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 DNG is a raw file. You have to open it in Camera Raw first, exactly the same as you did with the last raw file.
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 You did it! And I'm very pleased to say the focus is PERFECT ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ If all your photos are like this, you're a champion. Nothing to worry about. 1
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 I didn't do it ...WE DID IT!🥰🥰 But the client was unable to print a wall portrait because it was out of focus and very soft. I tried to have someone assist me and they told me that I would have to retake the session due to poor quality.
Damien Symonds Posted September 9, 2021 Posted September 9, 2021 Just now, Kristie3 said: But the client was unable to print a wall portrait because it was out of focus and very soft. That's because you sent them those stupid tiny jpeg files! 1

This is definitely not true, I'm pleased to say. Your photos are great. Edit them properly, then give the full-resolution jpeg files to the client, and they'll be able to print them as big as a factory wall if they like. 1
Kristie3 Posted September 9, 2021 Author Posted September 9, 2021 The original files needed to be put in PS as I needed to expand the background. I friend of mines did it for me as I didn't know anything about photoshop.
