Help With Replacing The Background

hey everyone i did not shoot this picture this family wanted me to fix the sky and replace it with a better sky i was wondering if anyone has any tips and tricks on how to make this happen

hey damien i didnt shoot this image all we got was the jpeg at 5mb file size i dont know how good its going to come out they would like to print out a canvas size of 24x36 and wanted to replace the background of the image since it is really washed out.

A jpeg at 5MB should be fine - what are its pixel dimensions?
