Canvas Printing

I have a client who printed an 8x10 canvas and it came out terrible. She asked if I can help with the image. The file seems large enough to print in 8x10. There is a bit of grain in the image but I don't think it would be bad enough that the canvas she ordered is unusable. I don't have a RAW file. 

I am attaching the original image she printed. I tried to do what I could with the noise and sharpening with the correct output size. Can you tell me if you think this would print a canvas clearly enough or is it a lost cause?

Describe "terrible".  What was wrong with it, exactly?

The boys faces are a muddled mess in the canvas she ordered. I wonder if she used the high res image to order from

Have you see the canvas yourself?  Or has she just told you about it and sent you this photo?

Gosh, that makes this so hard to diagnose, doesn't it?  I suppose you won't have a chance to see it in person?

I don’t. 😫 I planned on just ordering from my vendor to replace for her. I just wanted to be sure the file I have would print clearly. I truly think she may have have printed from a compressed image.

Yeah, I don't see why your file shouldn't print fine.
