Teresa Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 Hi Damien. I'm having trouble with how I see my photos. This is a new problem since I factory restored my laptop after reloading everything back up. It doesn't happen all the time its random. The photos look washed out and like they have no detail.....just awful! not even normal. I'm not sure if the problem is in my Laptop or Photoshop. Damien Symonds Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 After you restored your laptop, and re-installed the Spyder software, did you make sure you had the most current version from their website?
