Liquify.

The trouble is, it's difficult to know when to stop.  It's hard to know when it's perfect, you know?

Make sure you convert the layer to a smart object before liquifying (which I didn't do) so that you can come back and tweak it as often as you wish.

Wow, that's so much better!

I would personally go a tad further. I haven’t used the liquefy function before so I will definitely look this up and try it.

I'm excited and greatful to know I can fix this type of problem. Thank you very much Damien.

Well, this is a great project to start on!

Just play around.  Be prepared for the fact that you'll mess it up a few times, but that's okay.  Start over, and embrace the learning journey.
