glapointe
Can someone please explain to me how to get a tapered shirt look on a photograph. A client has requested that I make the shirt look tapered. Thanks for the help.
Damien Symonds
I'm really sorry, I don't understand the question. I don't know what you mean by "tapered".
Lara
If you taper a shirt, you take out some of the bulk and make it fit more firmly.
glapointe
Yes mam, that's what she asked to take the bulk out. What would be the best approach to this. I am not sure of the way to go about it.
Damien Symonds
Ok, thanks. Because of the complicating factors of the sleeves intersecting with the torso, and the grass around him, I fear there's not a great deal we can do plausibly. Does this help a little? glapointe
O yes it does!! How did you do that?
Damien Symonds
Download the PSD file First, I duplicated the Background layer and did a little bit of Liquify where I could. Then I added a blank layer and cloned big areas of grass over the three sections where I thought I could trim some shirt. Then masked.
