Issue with Camera Raw

Hi,

I'm hoping you can help me. I recently purchased a laptop Dell XPS with Intel R Core TM Ultra X7 358H (1.90 GHZ) processor, Installed RAM 64.0 GB with 63.5 usable. Graphic card is Intel (R) Arc (TM) B390 GPU (128 MB).  My problem is Camera Raw is grayed out no matter what I've tried. I initially was getting an GPU acceleration error in camera raw. When I look in Bridge/camera raw preferences it has Use Graphics Processor Off and below that is Graphics acceleration is disabled due to an error. If I look in Photoshop under preferences/camera raw it has listed Use Graphics processor on auto, and Intel (R) Arc (TM) B390 GPU that my system automatically supports full acceleration. I have unistalled and reinstalled Bridge version 16 with Camera Raw 18.6 plug in. I am definitely a novice, and not super techy. I've spent hours today trying to get this fixed with no luck.
