boom1128 Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 I'm trying to install photoshop, cs5. I have it installed but cannot update it. It says error. It is still installed on my old computer. Do I need to deactivate it there first before I try to update? I hate this part of getting a new computer, trying to get everything operating correctly. This is why I put it off for so long, my old computer was still running vista!

Crystal Felton Posted February 19, 2016 Posted February 19, 2016 you should be able to install it on 2 devices. What do you mean you can't update it?
boom1128 Posted February 19, 2016 Author Posted February 19, 2016 Ok deactivating it on the old computer did not work. I try to update and it says there was an error and it won't update. One thing is on the old computer it said cs5.1 and now it is cs5. I really hate doing stuff like this, it is very frustrating to me.
