boom1128 Posted February 19, 2016 Share Posted February 19, 2016 I'm trying to install photoshop, cs5. I have it installed but cannot update it. It says error. It is still installed on my old computer. Do I need to deactivate it there first before I try to update? I hate this part of getting a new computer, trying to get everything operating correctly. boom1128 Posted February 19, 2016 Author Share Posted February 19, 2016 Ok deactivating it on the old computer did not work. I try to update and it says there was an error and it won't update.
