ToniM Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Hi! I recently updated bridge (cc 2017 I think - forgive me I'm not at home right now to double check). (I use a Mac desktop). I have a folder full of raw processed images I want to save as jpegs and I normally select them all in bridge then use Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor. however "photoshop" is no longer listed under tools! Am I missing something? Thank you! toni
Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 I'm pretty sure @Channon had this problem too. I'll go searching ...
Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Alas, no joy for Channon as far as I know. I've been googling, as I assume you have too. Some people suggest a full reinstall (painful!) while others say it didn't work. Interestingly, it's a problem that dates back many years. This seems promising, but I don't know if it will work for CC.
ToniM Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 I poked around online and here and didn't come up with anything. Thank you. Unfortunately it is photos of my husband's recently deceased grandmother, so I'm eager to resolve the issue quickly in time for the memorial service.
ToniM Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 Yikes. Ugh. I just got lucky eh? Ill let you know if/when i get it to work
Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Just to check, you still have Image Processor inside Photoshop itself, right? In the File menu?
Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Also check this (the startup scripts preferences thing)

Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Ok, at least you have that as a workaround until the other is fixed.

ToniM Posted December 20, 2016 Author Posted December 20, 2016 SUCCESS! I realized I hadn't updated Photoshop CC -- so I did that and restarted the computer, and it appeared!

Damien Symonds Posted December 20, 2016 Posted December 20, 2016 Please consider renewing the Raw Class. It's completely overhauled and updated, and heaps better than before. And as a previous participant, very cheap for you. Also, I assume you've seen this?
