Paige
I am having trouble in getting LR files to open into PS for editing. I have tried using Cmd E, and also Photo>Edit in Adobe PS 6. Ideas? Thank you!
Damien Symonds
Hmmm ... is it giving you an error message? Or just ... nothing?

Damien Symonds
How long has this problem existed? Can you pinpoint the day when it started? Also, just so we can be thorough, can you do this for me?
Paige
I have a Mac laptop running 10.9.5 and Lightroom 5. It is over 2 years old, and has 16GB of RAM. Its hard drive has 120GB free out of 500GB. The last time I shut down was more than a week ago, because I'm an idiot. I have never run a cleanup program. Wow. Paige
I'm incredibly impressed with your knowledge and system you've set up, but the insults are offputting.
Damien Symonds
Yep, you HAVE to restart. Please do so, and see if the problem still exists.
Paige
Done. And it works. Thx
Damien Symonds
You see? It's not an insult, any more than it's an insult to tell somebody with dark skin that they're black. It's simply a statement of fact. If you don't restart your computer every one or two days, you are an idiot.
