Choose "Calibrate My Display(s)" then press "Next":

Then check all four of these boxes and press "Next" again:

(Note: These checkboxes only appear the very first time you run the program.  If this isn't your first time, you'll see that there's nothing to do on this screen, so just press "Next" straight away.)

Their help really is helpful, I’m very impressed with it.

How many screens do you have?

The stage depends on how many screens you have attached to your computer.  Maybe you're a normal person with one monitor attached to your computer.  Or maybe you're a nerd like me with two screens attached to your computer.  Or perhaps you have a laptop with a second screen connected.
