Copying blemish fix layer from PSD to Jpeg

HI Damien, 

Can you please help me getting my "blemish fix" layer copied from PSD file to Jpeg? 

I've all my spot healing fixes in that layer and given the jpeg and raw are from exact same camera and exact same resolution, i was hoping i can simply copy that layer and i'll have fixes applied to jpeg as well? but it is looking all botchy. 

i don't know what i'm trying to do is possible at all.

No, of course you can't do that, because the raw and jpeg files aren't the same colour.
