  1. Something like this, I figure?
  2. Thank God. Okay, go ahead and do your raw processing on your photo, then post it so we can discuss.
  3. Look, I have to go out soon. Can we PLEASE just fast-forward to the part where you acknowledge that the photo you're looking for doesn't exist, so we can get on with the sensible work of adding a light-coloured background to your horse photo?
  4. You really truly think that this photo was taken in front of a bright sunny field like yours was, and then the dark background was added later?
  5. Yay! Found one. Can you tell me what gives you reason to think that this photo was taken outdoors like yours was?
  6. That's sidelit. You're getting closer. But still not backlit like yours.
  7. Nope. Still frontlit.
  8. Well? Have you found a suitable example photo for us to work with yet?
  9. I am not even entertaining this nonsense. If you can't see how COMPLETELY different the lighting is in your photo, compared to the linked image, then perhaps photography isn't the pursuit for you.
  10. Have you read it now, @KimMoore? Are you ready to discuss this photo?
  11. Come on Kim, read the posting guidelines again. Pay particular attention to number 3.
  12. Your link takes me to a page with dozens and dozens of photos. Which one are you looking at?
  13. I'm not Brian, so we'll wait for his wisdom, but I can tell you that my desktop has that 4070 graphics card, and it's awesome!
  14. Well, you'd still crop them to 11:15 shape before uploading, but yes, no resizing.
  15. Because you didn't use the body from the spare black horse.
  16. It'll have to be something like this, won't it?
  17. @farrah I figured it out! (Well, found the answer.) It's simply because your (and my) Properties panel isn't wide enough.
  18. https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_vista.html
  19. The basis of it is, yes.
  20. Maybe this? https://max.mailbigfile.com/2da077f882cefaaa554a364d0251133f/listFiles.php
  21. You'll need to provide me with a photo (of yours) with some more shadow areas, I reckon.
  22. Right ... but aren't those shitty colours most evident in the dark areas of the photos?
  23. Are you talking about the flat shadow areas?
  24. Yep! Have you finished reading the Advanced Black-and-White Class yet?
