  1. If the raw files no longer exist, the catalogs will point nowhere, I'm afraid
  2. To be thorough, could you do this for us?
  3. This is a problem. Try to get that number over 100 if possible.
  4. Oh, that's a great question. Generally I find the keyboard doesn't give enough precision, so I'd recommend you use the slider in preferences.
  5. Oh hell no. NEVER use the dodge tool. https://www.damiensymonds.net/simple-dodge-and-burn-tutorial/
  6. Okay. Then this is what you need: https://www.damiensymonds.net/client-photoshop/
  7. Now we're getting somewhere. Do you watermark them for that purpose?
  8. That is NOT a sufficient answer. Jpeg files must always be saved with a specific purpose. What is the purpose of these jpeg files?
  9. Oh gee, NEVER do this. This is not what ACR is for. Why are you saving jpegs?
  10. This has been the most common question of the last 12 months. Unfortunately, there's not usually an easy fix. Could you send me the raw file? https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BellePhotography
  11. This happens to everyone from time to time, and it doesn't necessarily coincide with an update either. Sometimes it just happens for no discernible reason at all. It's a pain, I know, but you have to reload them from your hard drive.
  12. It's just the blue channel. Add a Levels layer to that area, with the black slider on the blue channel in to about 45.

  15. That sure is odd. Is the BenQ screen both the Number 1 screen, and the "Main" screen?
  16. Yes, what you're describing is the correct behaviour of duplicated screens. The only thing I can think of is to manually force the issue using the little app I discuss in this article: https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_vista.html
  17. There's a faint possibility that this is just an unfortunate coincidence, rather than an M2 problem. Photoshop has a long-established habit of just losing its settings occasionally, for no reason. But you're right, it does seem more likely that it's an M2 thing. Just add it to the long list of "M2 things".
