  1. I am not even entertaining this nonsense. If you can't see how COMPLETELY different the lighting is in your photo, compared to the linked image, then perhaps photography isn't the pursuit for you.
  2. Have you read it now, @KimMoore? Are you ready to discuss this photo?
  3. Come on Kim, read the posting guidelines again. Pay particular attention to number 3.
  4. Your link takes me to a page with dozens and dozens of photos. Which one are you looking at?
  5. I'm not Brian, so we'll wait for his wisdom, but I can tell you that my desktop has that 4070 graphics card, and it's awesome!
  6. Well, you'd still crop them to 11:15 shape before uploading, but yes, no resizing.
  7. Because you didn't use the body from the spare black horse.
  8. It'll have to be something like this, won't it?
  9. @farrah I figured it out! (Well, found the answer.) It's simply because your (and my) Properties panel isn't wide enough.

  12. Maybe this? https://max.mailbigfile.com/2da077f882cefaaa554a364d0251133f/listFiles.php
  13. You'll need to provide me with a photo (of yours) with some more shadow areas, I reckon.
  14. Right ... but aren't those shitty colours most evident in the dark areas of the photos?
  15. Are you talking about the flat shadow areas?
  16. Yep! Have you finished reading the Advanced Black-and-White Class yet?
  17. They're both so good, but I think I slightly lean towards the Spyder. However, honestly, they're neck-and-neck. So if you find one on special, get it.
  18. As far as I know the Ultra is only for super-bright screens, isn't it? That doesn't apply to photographers.
  19. When using Windows, screenshots are captured with your monitor profile embedded, rather than the correct image profile. And you're right, this is definitely a problem. However, I've never explored third-party screenshot apps. Maybe there's one that captures colours correctly?
  20. The method depends on what the original background looks like.
  21. Two layers: First, a Channel Mixer layer at 60% opacity: Green channel changed from 0/+100/0/0 to 0/0/+100/0 Then a Hue/Saturation layer at 100% opacity: Reds 0/+25/0 Cyans -10/-60/0 Learn more about this in the Creativity Class.
  22. Something like this, I guess? https://max.mailbigfile.com/a7397354efa14dee19a7ade902a9fe09/listFiles.php
  23. Gee, I dunno. Maybe something like this?
