Try this: A Hue/Saturation layer on "Multiply" blend mode. Master channel: +20, +40, -25 Cyans channel: -35, 0, 0

Yep, I think I can do that one. First, an overall Levels layer (output sliders): R 0/249 G 0/249 B 0/252 Then a Photo Filter adjustment layer for just the fabric. Cooling Filter (LLB) at 12% Density.

No, it has to be equivalent please. The photo you found has light behind them, but yours doesn't.
