Well, this is a great project to start on!
Just play around. Be prepared for the fact that you'll mess it up a few times, but that's okay. Start over, and embrace the learning journey.

The trouble is, it's difficult to know when to stop. It's hard to know when it's perfect, you know?
Make sure you convert the layer to a smart object before liquifying (which I didn't do) so that you can come back and tweak it as often as you wish.
Eventually you'll learn to stop watching stupid videos, and just come straight to me to get the correct answer.
