  1. That's ok, download the "TOGGLE.icc" profile that I provided in that article.
  2. Can you install the little app that I mentioned in this article? https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_vista.html
  3. Yep, hit 'em up.
  4. The first step is to compare your screen to your previous prints. If your screen still matches them ok, then you know that this was just a dodgy batch.
  5. Hi @CM21, while we're waiting for Brian, do you mind giving him this basic info?
  6. Which looks a bit dark? The screen, or the prints?
  7. Hi @chana, which calibrator do you have?
  8. Hooray! I can't wait to hear how it looks.
  9. How did the recalibration go, @MelMel?
  10. Please come back to class, @rswannabe!

  13. No, gosh no, 12 is way too high. 7 is plenty. Even 5 would be ok.
  14. Bummer. Can you tell me the pixel dimensions of your file?
  15. Ok, try TIFF, and when you get to the next screen "TIFF Options", choose to use jpeg compression and try Quality 7. See what size file you get.

  18. Just remind me - did you save it as a PDF?
  19. Then you need to recalibrate with lower brightness. Follow the troubleshooting steps of my instructions.
  20. Does it match your prints accurately?
  21. Oh gee Your friend really let you down. This is not a good screen for editing. Anyway, it should be "Standard LED".
  22. Usually there's a label on the back, with a model number or whatever?
  23. It's not enough info, sorry. I need specifics.
  24. Hi @MelMel, what's your make and model of screen?
