  1. I've got nothing, sorry. But Brian is much wiser than me, and he'll be along in a little while.
  2. Heck! Yeah, not looking good at all. Can you copy the file onto your internal hard drive?
  3. It hasn't come through yet.
  4. Where have the files been saved? On your internal drive, or an external one, or a cloud, or somewhere else?
  5. Hi @Bryjprit, could you send me one of the files? https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BellePhotography
  6. Yes, I'd say so. Go ahead and post in the Channel Mixer Class so we can discuss.
  7. Yes, it definitely does.
  8. Gee, I don't think you should have let her hand get squished like that.
  9. Whaaat?
  10. He is going to be VERY happy with this.

  12. Oh, that's wonderful news!!! Ok, if you have a good scanner capable of 48-bit scanning, use it. Otherwise, photograph them.
  13. Gee, it looks like a hair, doesn't it? I've got no idea, but I bet Brian will know when he logs in next.
  14. As long as he doesn't notice how short his left forearm is, this might be ok. But there's too much repetition in the grass where you moved his arm.
  15. That's great, well done.
  16. Gosh, I think you've done an amazing job!! Maybe, though, he's expecting you to liquify his whole right arm and side inwards a bit?
  17. I can see absolutely nothing to suggest they would print differently. I reckon it's time to test a new lab.
  18. How did this ever turn out, @calliechinen?
  19. I think you uploaded the previous version again?
  20. Do you mind opening one of the older photos (that matches the screen) in Photoshop and showing me a screenshot of your screen? Then do the same with one of the newer photos?
  21. And it's definitely the same paper?
  22. That won't account for printing problems, but it shouldn't be like that. Make sure you put it back to NAGP2.
  23. Whoa. Then this can't be a problem at your end, surely? Have you changed labs, or is it still the same lab? Can you double-check that Photoshop's Color Settings are on "North America General Purpose 2" the way they should be?
  24. Ok, so if you compare some prints from back when you had the Dell (and you know they matched the Dell) they don't match the Mac?
  25. Hi Rae, is this a recent problem, or have your prints always looked like this for as long as you can remember?
