  1. Yes I give extensive advice about it at the end of the 5 Elite instructions.
  2. Concentrate mainly on the 5 Elite instructions. Yes. As mentioned above, follow the 5 Elite instructions as much as possible. I don't know why they'd say that, it's completely outrageous. YES I DO!
  3. ... which is a teensy bit ironic considering how you first edited the photo
  4. @carolc, Brian is asleep in American, and I'm TRYING to help you until he wakes up. PLEASE provide the information we need in the link I gave you.
  5. Hi @carolc, can you please provide this information for Brian?
  6. @Jbasya of course I can't let you upgrade until your prints match your screen. Can you post the photo files that you've been comparing, and tell me which ones differ?
  7. Yep, it has to be the first step in PS. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2015/07/order-of-layers-for-complex-pixel-edits.html
  8. PNG files are pixel files, so they're no good. You have to ask for the logos to be sent in vector format (eg .pdf or .ai); or recreate them yourself in vector format.
  9. Thanks. And have you created it entirely with vectors in Illustrator?
  10. These are all quite old-fashioned requirements, to be honest. As long as you're sending your finished artwork as a PDF file, the PDF saving process will take care of all of it. PDF will take care of it. PDF will take care of it. The "resolution" in Illustrator is irrelevant. You'll set the output resolution in the PDF saving process. PDF will take care of it. This part makes me nervous. May I see what the design looks like?
  11. No, not even close. PLEASE take the Raw Class, I beg you. You're a LONG way away from achieving Noelle-Mirabella-esque results.
