  1. Come on, I'm trying to get you away from that shit!
  2. How did you go, @KLK? Did you order new prints?
  3. Great! So just go Image>Mode>RGB.
  4. @SRubyor, are you still there?
  5. What file format is it saved in? Yes, don't worry, we'll be able to convert it.
  6. Got it, thanks. Now start flooding me with photos!
  7. Yep, that's what I thought. The bulbs are duds Are you able to work that way for now?
  8. I wanted to know how the print-to-screen comparison looks in the daylight, rather than under your bulbs?
  9. Yeah, I feared it would be a little warm. Out of interest, are you in a room where you can open the blinds and let daylight come in?
  10. No, I don't either! It's very unusual. I reckon maybe the print lab did some of their own "auto corrections" on those prints?
  11. Don't keep me in suspense! How did the recalibration go? Does the screen match your prints now?
  12. While the screen doesn't match your prints, the calibration isn't finished. You need to calibrate again, and again, and again, until you have a match.
  13. Well, that's what we'll decide after the laptop one is finished. Let me know how it goes.
  14. Gee, 90 is usually fine. Ok, better calibrate again at a higher number, eh?
  15. Wow, that's uncommon. What luminance target did you calibrate to?
  16. You must be reading the wrong instructions. There are no white point readings for a laptop. Remember, the laptop instructions are here.
  17. Can we concentrate on the laptop first? Can you go ahead and calibrate that one?
  18. Duplication will definitely be the problem. It must be 'Extend'.
  19. Also, can you confirm that you have all the settings correct per this article?
  20. Gosh! That's rather strange, isn't it? Can you remind me - did you successfully calibrate your laptop screen?
  21. And? How does the room look/feel?
  22. How was it, @Siobhan Wolff?
